All brochure advertisement and almanac photos must be prepaid before publication, no exception. Make check or money order payable to “ANA 2016 Convention”, and hand over the check and photos and/or documents to your chapter president who will then send by mail to: 9601 Forest Lane # 723 Dallas TX 75243. Raffle tickets: Each member will be given 20 booklets of 5 tickets each @ $2.00/ticket = $200. ( Chapter presidents, please encourage your members to sell more tickets by issuing more than 20 booklets per member).
The chapter President is responsible for collecting and submitting all revenue from raffle sales. The chapter president must ensure that each member sells a minimum of 100 tickets which amount to $200.00.
Raffle prizes:
1st prize – Round trip flight fare to any destination not to exceed $1200.
2nd prize – Desk top Computer
3rd prize – 55’’ Flat screen TV
4th prize – Ipad.
Ndi-Ahaba, our goal is to make this event to be successful, and to accomplish that we need total commitment and participation of each individual. As you make your contributions through other channels, please sell as much tickets, and bring in as much advertisement as possible. Thank you all.
